Returns & Exchanges

Every Zenassidy Photography print is made with care and shipped with the same attention. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

30 Day Exchange Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your print, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange. We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.

Condition Prints must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Prints that have been framed, damaged or altered cannot be accepted for exchange.

How To Request An Exchange Contact us at info@zenassidyphotography.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours Sunday through Friday with your return address and next steps.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged Prints If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
