5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Expedited USA — 2-3 business days
• International — 10-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Zenassidy Photography Fine Art Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day exchange policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition and original packaging. We offer exchanges only — no refunds. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate an exchange please contact us at info@zenassidyphotography.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at info@zenassidyphotography.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
